Today's unpredictable housing market is not for the fainthearted and this brand new series of The LifeStyle Channel's hit program Selling Houses Australia shows you how to rise above the competition. Whether it’s how to market your property for maximum impact, or design hints to add instant value, this award-winning program has solid information about what’s happening in the Australian property market right now and shows you how to sell your home quickly for the best possible price. Residential property expert and LifeStyle Channel presenter, Andrew Winter is back for the third Australian series with a real estate reality check for the here and now. Andrew lives and works in Australia and is experienced in all types of property markets. He has over 20 years experience in the property trade and believes that if you haven’t sold your house within two months – then you’re doing something wrong.
In Selling Houses Australia Andrew tours some of the nations hardest to sell homes. Facing the Australian property market downturn head on, Andrew meets stressed homeowners whose properties have been stuck on the market for months. Anxious for a sale and unable to work out why no one wants to buy their home, they are desperate for a solution. Andrew is again joined by interior designer, Shaynna Blaze-Vaughan and garden designer Charlie Albone. Together they team up to transform homes that no one wants to buy into saleable properties with spectacular results. See whether Andrew, Shaynna and Charlie's efforts help the desperate punters take down the For Sale sign and replace it with Sold. You can’t afford to miss it!

Hello to all of you and CONGRATS on winning the award. I have a very small lounge which would benefit from a fireplace. In the makeover of Wakerville you used a hanging fireplace price $900, it was black and worked with ethanol. Please advise where I can source this fireplace...it would solve my problem and look stylish at the same time. Thank you. I love this show it has helped me organise my new home. Best regards Carol
Hi,
I am also looking for a stockist for the hanging fireplace. Such a good I idea, I can't wait to hear more about them.
Chevelle of ACT
