Peter and Anastasia along with their 11 month-old son need to upsize for their expanding family. They’ve been trying to sell their three bedroom 1920’s bungalow for 12 months with an asking price of between $640,000 and $650,000. It’s the quintessential worst house in the best street – with the main issues centred around the rundown state of the front garden and all the clutter that’s descended since the baby came along. But the agent is confident that after the Selling Houses Australia $17,000 makeover, the property will sell for the right price at auction. With nine out of ten houses sold will the team, for the first time ever, sell all ten houses in the series?

I never get tired watching guys like that. Especially that fit landscaper in the singlet. I'd also love to have Charlie prune my hedge.

So much talent! Shaynna and Charlie ROCK. Man those tradies work hard too. Especially that landscaper in the singlet. I get tired just watching him! And that bricklaying dude goes like a machine! Fantastic series guys and girls.

Congratulations to the couple who eventually sold their property. I might be a bit biased but the selling agent Marco from Rich & Oliva are a professional outfit and I would not hesitate in recommending them to sell my home. They arlready manage one property I own at Croydon Park and have found them to be realiable and on the ball agents. I did not like the agents attitude arfter viewing the show towards the owners. The owners were concerned with the cost of advertising and the agent tried to justify it by saying we make you a profit we are not a cost. All agents fees are a direct cost to you the vendor and if you can negotiate a better rate than that is a free market at work.
